Where we deliver

We deliver across India to all serviceable pincodes through our courier partners.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders of ₹499 and above.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes. Please keep the exact amount ready; our delivery partner may also accept UPI at the doorstep.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive the tracking details by email/SMS. You can also check your order status under My Account.

Delays

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed by weather, festivals or courier disruptions. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, write to us at care@priyavicreations.com.

Damaged or tampered packages

If the package looks damaged or tampered with at delivery, please refuse it or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
